Magtech seems to feed ok in mine, but definitely does not shoot as well as other brands.

The OP's issue was with feed, not ejection.

I had an issue with my rimfire H001 when I forgot to lock the magazine tube down. The last cartridge in the magazine did exactly what you described and I had to pry the round out with a knife. I also had the issue of two failures to feed after I short stroked the lever Both my fault, not the rifles. This is after almost 400 rounds through the rifle!
