My integrity, and conservationism is not threatened by litterbugs. Annoyed? Yes. There are many in life that I could do without. That will not prevent me and mine from getting the most out of life.

If I make a mess, regardless of how, I will clean it up. I know you all do the same.

I cannot change the lifestyle of an idiot. It is a waste of energy to try. And, to gripe about it.

Good shooting to you all and have fun. It is worth it.
Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Let’s not lose sight of the fact that 22Plinkster is in the entertainment business, and was on his own land. He did say he wasn’t looking forward to cleaning up the mess. It’s on him either way.

On public land, I’d like to hang litterbugs, vandals and poachers up by their toenails and see if they blow up when you shoot them, but THAT is illegal!

Redthies, amen brother. I really have to reign in my reactions to what I refer to as FIs. I am a peace loving soul.

In the words of an old proverb, shake it off and step up. We win in the end.

I can tell from the posts here that there are probably several former members of the BSA here or sons of former members. As others have noted, I take out more than I brought in when shooting on a popular public land spot. The video was entertaining but not a fan of releasing toxins into the soil or even draining engine oil on it as some I have known through the years practiced.
Thanks for the thread ESquared.

I don't know that Thanks are in order, but appreciate the kind words.

Feel like I opened up a real can of worms, which wasn't my intention. It's just a stupid (literally) YouTube video!

At least it gave rise to some discussion about some regional get-togethers among members for some responsible (!) shooting and camaraderie.

Point taken.
I watched it Evan...was kinda interesting. I think Plinkster had fun despite the mess. :D

Man, I'm sure glad some of you didn't watch "Episode #1." That would have started a WHOLE OTHER discussion!

Don't feel like that. I have the responsibility for knocking the fun aspect of it off the rails. But we did get a good dialog and exchange of thoughts going on. It got some good mileage regardless.

I watched episode one and it was meant to be like episode 2 entertainment. I like Plinkster, Hickok45 and Iraqiveteran8888. There all entertaining. Like Redthies pointed out entertainment. Thats all it was from the beginning.

My only risk will be luring all the black bears in, out of season. Heck...All it usually takes is a twinky wrapper or cooking lunch and there they are!! :D

I have three bowling pins in my shop that will likely die a slow agonizing death at the range!

I happen to enjoy the Plinkster. As far as YouTube gun guys go, I find him to be watchable and reasonably informative. My favourite however is Paul Harrell. Now there is an entertaining and interesting cat. He’s a great shot too.

Paul Harrell is one of a kind! Love his "meat tests," where he stacks ribs and other "stuff" together to simulate penetration on some wild critter or another.

Entertaining and enlightening at the same time!
