I received my Dads Browning 1910 style 380acp this year and I've been wanting to make a New Holster for it.
So I did.
I designed a templit and cut the two pieces from a quarter hide of vegetable tanned med weight cow hide I've had laying around.
After sewing it up I shaped using isopropyl alcohol.
I used a Balistol finish. Something I've been using for all my gun leather.

Re: New Holster
Nice. Next thing you know you will be carving designs and dying the patterns.
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.
I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.
