I just got this10″ DW 44 yesterday. It looks like crap because the bluing is down to bare metal in several places, but I know a place that will re-coat the frame for $150. I paid $775 for the gun, so my total investment will be $925. I plan on getting a 4, 6 and 8″ barrel for it and selling the 10″. Range report as soon as the weather cooperates.

That'll be a fun project gun. Any idea as to its born-on date or other history?

Those are very unique revolvers and with the barrel interchange you can have one revolver for several different needs.
Good choice!

Garry, can't wait for a range report on that one. Congrats on a great find.
