Henry's at my LGS
I was in one of my LGS shops this morning and he is stocked with some nice Henry's in center fire and rim fire. He even has a 357 in stock which normally I don't see. Here is what he has. If that is not supposed to be here delete it. I have nothing to do with this shop financially.

nice looking display .... I don't know of a dealer in our area with a stock that large
Re: Henry's at my LGS
KCKS Cabelas has been bringing more Henrys to their shelves -- but not like this display! If I walked into this LGS, I'd be in a peck of trouble. Actually, my wallet would be in trouble.
Like the protective cover in place for muzzle front and front sights...

Nice inventory. I believe that the little black bags should be on the receivers to protect them. At least that's the way my local H.R.A. dealer does it.

They are listed as receiver covers. I think they put them on the muzzle so customers can work the action.Travlin wrote:Nice inventory. I believe that the little black bags should be on the receivers to protect them. At least that's the way my local H.R.A. dealer does it.

Re: Henry's at my LGS
The camo covers on the muzzle of the rifles he sewed up to keep the sights and the barrels from getting rubbed on the pegs. One of the octagon barrels started to get rubbed on the edge of the octagon and he decided to cover them after that. The couple with the black covers are the receiver covers that came on the brass receiver models.Sir Henry wrote:Travlin wrote:Nice inventory. Re: Henry's at my LGS
Got one shop thats about 40 miles south of me, he keeps quite a few on hand.
Last year I was over there with a friend who was having some work done on a muzzle loader.
We went in the back, there was a table there with about 2or3 dozen
Henry boxes. More than I'd ever seen at one time.
