Yes, The Henry didn't handle the Flat Points (FP) very well. A little bit of sticking during the reload action. Seems that it might like RN better. I'll look into that.JEBar wrote:nicely done .... any comments on the ammo used ? .... very nice display case

I looked at the ammo website on the rounds you were using and it seems that the brass cases need a taper crimp, I use a similar bullet in my BBS 44 from Ranier, The square lip on the case may be the culprit. I load a Kieth 250 gr SWC and have to seat the bullet all the way up to the shoulder and then crimp, If I don't it causes a hang up and you have to two step with the lever . Those profile bullets should feed perfectly.
