I LOVE the backlit paddle blades in this pic, the way Miss Tina is silhouetted by the setting sun, and the "end of the day" mood the picture expresses. No words are needed. It bookends the other pic, which I put at the start of a small album we gave to friends that were on the trip, which started the morning... of our buddy Mike appearing out of the fog with a cast, THAT resulted in an explosive strike and a hook up on a nice bass. Great way to start the fishing trip for all of us.

The morning fog was gone in an hour or so, but paddling thru the fog was cool, as were the morning temps. By noon it was in the nineties and climbing. VA weather, gotta love it.
This last two were in the album as a joke, but they turned out to be favorites.

"Excuse me Sir, I seem to have lost my way, can you direct me to the boat ramp?"

"Why certainly my good man, it's that way. Take a sharp left by the dead fall. You can't miss it."
