Henry Long Ranger 223

Post by bandit1250 » Mon Mar 20, 2017 6:46 pm

I just stopped in my LGS and he finally got the 223 in and it has a very nice piece of wood. Smooth action with just a hint of creep in the trigger but will probably smooth out with some shooting. I would try to swing it but I dropped another $650 today for more wood furniture for my wife to finish up her living room. I am not complaining she is worth what ever it takes to make her happy. I can always get one some time. Just remembered. He does lay-aways. ;) Maybe I can get a picture of it tomorrow. Then I can really get mad trying to use that lousy photobucket to post the picture. :x

I got a chance to handle a Long Ranger in .308 a little while back. Man, that is a long bolt on that bad boy.

+1. That way, bandit, you'll get the best of both worlds. ;)
