Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Man RR can you see any cows. 4ft of snow might cover some of those boys up.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Horses are pushing snow with their chests as they get around. Just trying to keep the path clear to their water tank, and make sure they have hay. I have a guy coming tomorrow with a Bobcat and huge snow bucket to clean up the place. Too much for me to manage, gotta get ahead of it. Next week looks like temps in the 40's.

After the storm; those are 6' corral panels, and you can see some fence posts just barely sticking out of the snow.

Good morning everybody!
It's 38° and raining, but I'll take that any day over what RanchRoper has to cope with!

Hey the sun is shinning and the snow has gone. Nice photo RR. You need a horse and a Henry in that photo and put it in the contest. Nice here today a little cooler but they say 70 for friday. Wish it was for Saturday.

Go to bed and it's 40° - wake up it's 20° and we have several inches of snow on the ground.

-35 this morning but 24 hrs from now it's supposed to rain. Bring it on, you need some old time frontier spirit to live here. Or rocks in your head.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
hate it for our folks north of the Frozen Tundra .... we are experiencing Chamber of Commerce weather at Thousand Trails Colorado River Campground that is located just west of Houston, TX .... at 10AM the temp is 71 on its way to a predicted high of 86 .... they are calling for it to get down to 50 tonight with a windchill bringing the RealFeel down to 49 .....
sorry, couldn't resist .... this type of weather is part of the reason we choose to spend our winters in this area

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
In a few hours, it will reach 60* at my house. In about 18 hours the first snowflakes of a Nor'easter will start to lay down what will become as much as a foot of new snow.
This afternoon, I'll soak up a little sunshine on the deck. Tomorrow, I'll be shoveling a lot of snow off of it.

Good morning everybody!
It's 35°, overcast and dry this morning.
I'm looking forward to the UK's largest gun show tomorrow. Most of the UK's manufacturers and importers will be there, along with countless merchants etc etc. It isn't the same as a USA gun show, where you can actually buy guns that take your fancy (what a novelty that would be!
), but you can place orders for new guns, or even buy them as long as you have the necessary permission on your firearms certificate.
I'm a really sad old fart, I know, but I look forward to this show every year, and tomorrow is no exception. It's my annual holiday - albeit a one day one - and at least I don't need my (expired) passport!
