You should have released it, that fish was on his way up to see me ,in a few weeks, north of the GW bridge ,season opens March 16 , or there abouts.

The way the weather is going , it will be another 4 weeks
Before I get on the river, looking for herring & stripers
I just checked the river water temp, 37 degs.
Has to reach 49-50 Before they swim up to me.
