I speculate that Ruger's position is that if Ruger pays the purchaser what was originally paid for the firearms, the purchaser is made whole.
Mere speculation on my part based on no inside information. But it does seem fair.

Well, Happy Day! My lgs called to tell me my Blackhawk is in! I'll pick it up Friday.

Meanwhile, my daughter is taking her son and I to Yellowstone next Wednesday. 3-4 days. I'm looking forward to it. My grandson will be turning 16 at the time. I'm giving him my best 3 wt flyrod. Hope he loves it.

Look what followed me home! I am impressed. It is significantly heavier than my SP101. Should handle full power 357 with ease. And the 9mm cylinder just makes it more.
I will try to shoot it next week. May have to wait til after Yellowstone trip.

Very nice, I am a Single Action fan myself. I have one of those in blue, bought like new from a good friend. Haven't shot it yet.

Congrats. The way the light shines on the cylinder in your pic almost looks like one of those fake sparkles from maybe a tooth in some tv commercial. Nothing fake in your pic, beautiful.
