I’m back to a 30’x40’ addition. That’s 1200 sf plus 1750 of existing footage. I’m still ten months out for actual start.

Crazy. My neighbor is having a modest sized shop built and is four months to start.

I could start in four months but the frame and roof wouldn’t be complete till after the first snow. For the most part we have four months of outside building weather. I need it up, roofed and sided by September. After that i can work on the interior all winter.

Good thinking. We started our home in October and of course it was a heavy winter. Got it done tho…
