Cranberry Creek Rifle Range

Post by Sir Henry » Tue May 19, 2026 8:17 pm

I finally made it to the local range. It’s about 18 miles from the house. It was really a nice place thanks to the Pittman Robertson Act. We only stopped and didn’t shoot.

We went there today and shot. I shot a scoped CZ at 100 then an iron sighted CZ at 25. What really made it nice was it was a calm, warm sunny day.

That is a nice place.

One of the things you don't get with a home range is the camraderie you often find at a public range.

I suppose that's one plus to having a home range. You can shoot without being bothered.
