Where’s the tri-tip and Santa Maria grill coach??

I just built a roof over my smoker and bbq. It’s too hot to be on the west side of our place in summer afternoons. This will help a bit…

We are looking into a new built in BBQ-Smoker-Blackstone griddle type setup.

Haven’t been shopping yet but should be interesting to see what’s out there now…

Well being just me around here just couple burgers and maybe hot dog or two. When I want some GREAT chicken I go up to Fiesta Chicken where they cook whole chickens over charcoal pit on rotisserie. Great stuff at a good price!!!!

It's BBQ season here year round. Have a covered spot. We don't cook any meats indoors, all done on a propane Weber outdoors. Good to see everyone elsewhere getting out firing the BBQs up.

Just placed an order with Riverbend Ranch Angus beef.

I have wanted to check them out for years and now I have. I will report back when it arrives and I BBQ the meat.

I ordered the Riverbend Rancher and a Tri-Tip. 2 NY strip, 2 Ribeye, 2 Top Sirloin, 2 packages of burger.

There is a season for BBQ? I thought it was year round. I have been known to be huddled with a makeshift wind break with the smoker during the winter.

Those steaks look good.

Not bbq’d or smoked or even grilled but last night’s dinner was a winner. I can feel my arteries hardening as I type.
