I know that guy... he's so anal. Annoying is what he is.
She is back at it again this morning. Hard at work. Can't wait to see the finished product.

That really looks great. Does she make house calls.

Yeah, but probably not THAT far north. :P

I’m thinking of adding on a new wing complete with a new bathroom.

Yesterday's work resulted in the upper row of tile getting finished. It looks amazing.

Grouting the floor took a LONG time, since the rocks are small it's a lot of grout. :o It really makes the tiles pop.

She'll be back this morning to grout the walls, and then put the sealant on all of it when the grout dries. Then she has to install all the fixtures, the grab bars, the seat, etc. We are close. A day or three to go. :)

Alrighty then, the project is just an hour or so from being done. She'll be back tomorrow to spray the sealant on the tile, and put up the shower curtain rod and she's gone. We will let the sealant cure for 48 hours and I'll have a new shower.
She put finished the grout on the walls, put in the fixtures and grab bars today, the seat, and the new overhead lighting. We are good. I think it looks great.

The two projects kept the house in disarray and I had people in and out six days a week. Totally worth it.

Now Miss T gets to finish the "decorating" phase. Towel racks, new towels to match the paint scheme, she ordered another linen closet for this bathroom...

I get a quick project as well. She wants me to build a pair of Wooden Cornices, which she will cover with padded fabric to tie to the room together. I don't mind, it means NO Curtains on the windows, just the blinds. I won't need to stain or varnish the cornices. Just make them fit correctly. ;)

I like your grab bars. I’m at the age where I look for ADA stuff.

Miss T made sure she upgraded to the textured heavier steel. You can feel the difference. These things are solid and will really do the job if you need them to stop a true fall rather than just stabilize movement. :P

Using a smaller tile above the trim strip is a real nice touch. And the smaller sized diamond inserts look perfect.
