I didn't do good this week. Gained a pound. 207 this morning.

I just haven't gotten serious about losing weight. Lost the pound I gained. 206 this morning. Want to be down to 200 before my dr. check up in mid march.

I have stalled around the 250 mark. Guess I have to tighten up and try and stay around 1,000 calories. (sigh)

177.2. It’s coming off slow if I average it over a longer period. It seems to happen in a day or two, then gain half of it back for a couple weeks then repeat cycle.

176.2 One more day of reduced calories then a couple days of maintenance.
