Hot and Humid everywhere!

Just got this text from my sister in Pennsylvania. She’s trying to sell her place and move back to Spokane. Says the market is very slow.

The temp here right now is 83. The dew point is 73. All the windows were covered in condensation when I got up today. Won’t miss the humidity

Went fishing at 6:30 am today. Lasted an hour. 85 F. No wind. 98% humidity. On top of that , I lost one lure that I caught a lot of bass with. But....all in all I was fishing.

70’s here and we had some snow last weekend.

Ok, so you lost a lure. But did you catch any fish?

Nope. According to the guys with boats the fish were on the bottom which varies in that lake about 40 ft and lower. I dock or bank fish so they have to come to me. It is nice to hear the guys in the boats are getting skunk also. ( I am so jealous).

I have a nice selection of Senkos in my bag. Work well at times. To be honest, I really don't care that much if I don't catch anything. It is a bonus if I do but just being out in the wee morning alone with your thoughts is what I look forward to. It is almost zen like.

Saw on the news that the upper reaches of Glacier had a good snow dump including an outdoor wedding in the area. (Not sure if in the park or not)

And then there is Fairbanks, Alaska having a heat wave. Some more crazy.
