Heading home

Post by Centaur » Tue Apr 01, 2025 1:51 pm

Leaving our snowbird palace tomorrow, heading back to Wyoming and home. Looking forward to seeing mountains that have trees on them, and seeing wildlife again. This year in the desert has been extremely dry (I know, it’s a desert), and critters have been seldom seen. Our place is not populated, but all too often we have to go to the megamess, and I sure won’t miss that. Wyoming beckons!

Safe travels we made our first move towards home today also. All tied up in Blanco Texas for a week then on to the panhandle for about 3 or 4 days.

The northerly migration of many has begun. My neighbor who winters in the San Diego area (high desert) is on his way home too. Welcome home folks.
