A neighbor of mine down there and I went in on a special plot of corn and will be busy harvesting the syrup this week. Get your pancakes ready! :D

OOPS! Joke on me! :oops: When I saw this picture I thought it was a joke never thinking you could actually drain syrup/corn juice from a corn stalk like maple syrup from the trees. I guess you can after more reading!
I had thought that corn syrup was made from processing the corn stalks. And there is no corn growing....yet.... at my place.
