Thank you brm.
Had a couple Yuenglings and now some Trace then off to bed.
Got home around 5, and the grandson and I were hard at it for several hrs.
Through the woods across a hay field then over to check out the freshly planted corn.
Had supper then burn a pile of limbs, and he wanted to shoot the Wrangler.

You got that Right Al. ;) I've actually used the phrase a time or two or four.

We were invited to little gathering down at the river yesterday,
Had hamburgers, tater salad, and baked beans with several of those Guinness brm,
a few Modelos and a few sips of some banana flavored :o shine.
Needless to say we spent the night.
I've had a couple B&T's today. Probably retire early tonight.

I drank something that I concocted this afternoon. This will probably expose what a "redneck/wine non-connoisseur" I am, but......

I mixed some cheap red wine with Pepsi. I thought maybe I had come up with something original. But then I googled it and found out it was called a "Kalimotxo".

From Google:

The Kalimotxo is a drink that originated in Spain that's equal parts red wine and cola. It originated in the 1970's, apparently an invention of servers at a festival who were trying to cover up bad red wine. A genius combination, we say!

Tasted pretty good to my less-than-sophisticated taste buds........ :P

We took our daughter to dinner last night. Filet Mignon, salad, baked potato, and a Martini.
Then at home we sat on the deck and I had a couple more.
It was a good evening. :D
