Henry customer service question.

I recently sent my garden gun back to Henry.
Will I receive notification from Henry regarding their receiving the firearm?
My UPS tracking told me it was delivered, but I wondered if Henry will email updates, receipt, service, return information?

I also wondered if Henry will ship my firearm back directly to me, or will it need to go through an FFL?

It will come directly back to you. You should get a return shipping note that you have a package coming back to you. It probably will come with a signature required.

When you did the warranty request you should have gotten a service request number. You can use that number to look up repair status. Though in my experience, they didn't post anything until the day the gun was shipped back. My return was shipped back to me and I had to sign for it.
