I remember when Ford brought out the new T-Bird NASCAR car. I got so excited I went to the Ford dealer to take a look at them. At that time buying one was out of the question but it sure was fun to look at one.

Another Hendrick driver out for injuries. Although Chase is back, now Alex Bowman is out from injuries in an open wheel sprint car. I saw the replay of the wreck and even though Alex's car didn't take the worse flip it was bad enough that he injured his vertebrae. Josh Berry again will fill in as he did for Chase.

Good video with Tony Stewart and Kenny Wallace. Not just us fans of course, but the owners and drivers frustrations with Nascar today:

I didn't get to watch yesterday's race but did see a couple of replays .... why are folks all fired up at Ross Chastain .. :?: ... from what I saw his contact wasn't near as hard as others going on during the race

The problem with Ross, is that it happens too often.

And he is getting well known for it.

I like Ross, but he needs to work on this.

Ross Chastain again and not real sure about him and Kyle Busch today, but he got Gragson pretty mad. If all it was, was that one time on the replays, it wasn't really that bad. Gragson over reacted in my opinion, but maybe it was frustrations from other times? I'm no Gragson fan though.

I wouldn't really call what Denny did an 'ol "Bump and Run", but it was borderline. He was trying to side draft him and ended up being some hard last lap racing. Kind of like the 'ol days though that we all talk about, lol. But I'm not really much of a Denny fan either.

Back to Gragson, he grabbed Ross just a little too aggressively and he let Noah have it. Landed a good punch, but the officials stopped it from there. Gragson should be fined though for the language he let out on MRN Radio, that I heard live. That said, I have no idea why they don't have a 5 second delay. I would had pulled the plug on him.

Gragson was clearly the aggressor .... I don't know how many noticed that Michael Jordan is the fellow who grabbed him .... even though Gragson tried to break free, once Jordan got his hands on him (per Star Trek) resistance was futile .. ;)

If that was Michael Jordan, I clearly missed it.

(I'm an old Jordan fan from way back in his basketball days)

Ryan Newman returning to Cup starting 26th at Darlington. Great to see Ryan back. Would like to see him earn a full time seat in the 51:

good to see Hailie Deegan's seventh straight top-20 result of this year's Craftsman Truck season and equaled her best result at the track known for being ‘Too Tough To Tame’ .... she also lead the race for a few laps

congrats to William Byron in his #24 Chevy for taking the checker at Darlington giving Rick Hendrick another Victory .... Chase battled his way to 3rd in a car that probably shouldn't have finished that high
