I heard Rowdy won.
Heck Yea! Congrats!
I believe that would be his first plate race win.

For this year, but he won Talladega about 15 years ago. Win #62 now in Cup.

Early into the race I told my wife mark my words Bubba will cause a BIG WRECK and he sure did. Thanks Bubba, you helped my driver, Kyle Busch, win today.

I don't remember that, I watched it religiously back then and he was my man.

Funny as I did not care for Kyle Busch early on. Although I liked Jr, believe it or not I was a Michael Waltrip fan. Way back when even before Dale Earnhardt saw something in him. But once Michael was pretty much out of it I just found myself, surprisingly, rootin' for Kyle. Been a Kyle fan ever since, lol.

It was good, but you can always watch the clips on YouTube.

There are a few different guys that do a pretty good job of capturing the highlights.

I watched every lap of every race for decades. When they came out with the COT they really lost me. I liked the old days when all the cars were different and guys like D.W. would interpret the rules a little different. A few of them even had cigarette lighters in their cars and might take a smoke break during cautious.

I liked Mark Martin and Mr Wingtips as drivers.

Yeah, the old days are gone. In my opinion, it is now in an all time low. Although I am still boycotting Nascar itself, I still watch most of the races that I can get on Antenna TV. Every once in a while, I will watch a clip, sometimes even a whole race from the old days. What a difference!! It's nice to have all that old history to look back on.

Yeah, remember when Geoff Bodine got caught with 30-40 feet of fuel line under his car? Nice way to increase the amount available. Good ole’ American ingenuity.

Mark Martin was a favorite of mine also. Couldnt ask for much better racin than awesome Bill and Dale Earnhardt. Restrictor plates were non existent. Good ole Davey Allison could make her go to.

Was at the Charlotte race back in 1987 I think when Bill Elliott was on a roll. Due to a pit issue I think he was 2 laps down to the leader and watched how he ran them down under the green. That #9 had a sound all its own when it went by!

Yep I had a Bill Elliott T-bird back in 1988! Drove down to Dahlonega Ga. and bought it and visited the Elliott's race shop back in summer of 1988.
Had a fun time with that Ford!
