Personally, I would not shoot those reloads.
I have never used plated bullets, so I could be wrong, but I think they should be treated like lead bullets. Twenty-one grains of H110 seems dangerous. Be careful.

Hornady's Ninth Edition sets the max H110 load for 125 grain JHPs (XTP) at 19.4 grains with a velocity of 2K per second.
