Think they are so far behind production that they are not quality inspecting their rifles like they use to.

They told my dealer my .44 Big Boy was supposed to ship out at the end of January, and it didn't. Starting to make me think twice about going through with this purchase. Last thing I want to deal with are quality control issues. Sounds like they're experiencing a staffing shortage.

To provide an update. I mailed my rifle on Tuesday, 2/7 and it arrived at Henry on Friday, 2/10. They shipped it back Tuesday, 2/14 and I received it yesterday. Very quick turn around.

They replaced the barrel and everything looks great. Hope to get out to shoot it next week.
