I like those Jesse Stone shows. Always thought Tom Selleck was a good cowboy to. How could you ever forget that Selleck line this aint Dodge City and you aint Bill Hickok. Went to Port A tonight with some folks here at the park. They live on Flathead Lake in Montana. Great people had some brisket and ribs washed it down with a Miller High Life followed that with a glass of Makers. Salute hope you had as good of days as I did. Oh pecan pie and ice cream for dessert. Man was that ever good.

I usually write about the night before as I'm too laid back and just want to see my recliner after a good meal.
We went to our favorite Supper Club last night just one more time prior to our leaving for six weeks.
They know us there and we are treated very nice. That feels good to start with.
Then, a cup of seafood chowder with lots of crab, shrimp, lobster, ect. :D Carol had a crisp salad.
Then a very nice filet that was fork tender with a demi glaze and a baked potato, sour cream and butter.
Carol had broiled scallops with a potato as well.
Along with this I sipped a Tanqueray Martini over ice with olives.
Carol had a couple of glasses of white wine. That second glass usually lights her up and the real Carol shows up. :o
Every meal there is accompanied with a basket of hot garlic toast and a relish tray with home made pickled
beets, pickles, olives, celery and carrot sticks.
I started going to his place almost 40 years ago. The original owner passed away but now his daughter and her
husband are running the place and keeping up the standards.
We feel blessed to be able to enjoy these small pleasures.

P.S. one granddaughter told me that she qualified for the SD State 4H Shooting Sports Tournament on her first try last night.

Congrats BRM it was all those Grandpa trips to the shooting range I bet that gave her that boost. I had a couple Millers tonight over at one of the guys that I go bustin clays with. Then we filled our bellys with shrimp. Was a good day in Corpus at the gun club where it was a nice 84 deg.

Finally Friday, busy day, had to go to big city and do errands and doctors appointment. Batching it this weekend, Mrs. B took daughter, daughter-in-law and some granddaughters to Blake Shelton in Sioux Falls. Just me and Phil the bulldog. Gonna have a nightcap and then bed, Irish neat. To Randy, Mark, Al, Rifletom and the rest of the forum be well and be safe Slàinte! ☘️🇮🇪
