My dog thinks he’s a mountain goat

Post by Hatchdog » Tue Dec 20, 2022 10:37 am

My “pup” sure is growing up. He’s nearly 1.5 years old and is starting to act like a mature dog. He is loving the snow and has discovered climbing the berms left from the plow and shovel.

Neighbor a few houses down has a couple that are mountain goats.
They climbed into the bed of his pickup, from the bed to the roof, from the roof of the pickup to the shed roof then over the shed roof to get into the yard next door.

I didn't know you could upload pictures in excess of 1 MB.

What a difference it makes over the couple hundred KB pictures that are the norm.

Nice. My dog would disappear in snow that deep.
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

Haven’t tried that with him yet but I’m sure he would love it. He is great at fetch with his toys and Mrs. Hatchdog spends lots of time with him playing fetch. I took this pic yesterday, if your screen is large enough you will see snow on his nose. He loves to bury his head in the snow.

Very smart goats indeed!
