Friends daughter is currently in the USA on a scholarship playing NJCAA for East Florida State. They are currently the No 1 ranked NJCAA team being 14-0 this season.

Caught up with friends last night, only 14 games into the season and already the scouts are calling.
Going very well, she was very lucky this year in the Aus season as Lauren Jackson came out of retirement at 40yo after nearly 10 years and she got to play beside her for the season.
If you dont know who Lauren Jackson is she is without doubt the greatest Aus womens player ever and arguably the greatest womens player ever. 2 WNBA championships, MVP, multiple time all star, HOF inductee, about the only thing she missed is olympic gold although she has 3 silvers and a bronze and captained Aus to a gold at the world championships. Not a bad team mate to have as a developing 17yo before heading to the USA to play college ball.
