New fridge getting delivered this afternoon....

and kaos in the house! Got several coolers packed with the ice and food sitting out in the colder sunroom. Had to clean out lower cabinets where the ice maker water line runs since they want to replace the plastic line with braided...good idea.
It will be a tight fit getting new one thru the kitchen/garage door even with the fridge doors removed so we will have the grease can ready!

With door removed I should have 1/4 to 1/2 inch to spare...HOPE. Only thing staying cold inside the old unit is my one can of beer and it will stay there until we move the unit!

Do new homes come with 36 inch doors?

Smart move on the waterline. I've had two of the plastic lines fail. I've never seen a braided line long enough, but great idea, I used copper the last time and had to argue with the meatball at Lowes that kept telling me plastic was much better.

Fridge in place and all fit well. Great couple of young guys did a nice job. Peace in the kitchen again and wife happy!

Congrats, when we had our new fridge delivered to the farmhouse in VA the waterline broke under the house from the delivery guys manhandling things before disconnecting the line.

Luckily our guy was close by and had the parts on his truck, zipped over and repaired the joint and swapped out the plastic for coiled copper. New fridge was great... For less than a year, sold it and the matching range with the house.
