An old man can never have too many lever guns. Well, I probably do though. I have an affection for them.
I purchased my first in 1957, a Marlin 336 in 30-30. I still have it. There is a nostalgia in lever guns. Not only
that, they are reliable too. I highly recommend the Henry line. I will say that my 357 Mag Yellow Boy is really
heavy if you want to tote it in the woods though.
I have, or have owned,
Marlins
Winchesters
Henrys
and even a savage at one time.
They were or are all good but Henrys are really good quality.

Just kinda looking, not sure on caliber. .357 or another .45 Colt; probably .357. He's got a couple Henry's, Rossi's, hopefully a win or a Marlin.
Gonna give the Rossi a good look.
