Just got home from the local, once a month, and last music venue of the season here in town. Was enjoyable. Had a couple Adult evening beers. It was fun! Band was called, " The Wooks "
Hope ALL had a good night!.🍻

now enjoying a long island ice tea.

Last evening it was Filets on the Blackstone with baked tomatoes and corn of the cob.
The beef was really tender and it was a really nice meal.
Had a nice craft beer with it. :D
Then football and a martini.

BTW, baked tomatoes is you take a nice firm tomato and core it out. Fill the center
with cheese and top with bread crumbs. Then under the broiler until the top is browned.
I started doing this years ago and it's really good.

It was fun!
The Gun Club Gang came over after shooting trap last evening. There were nine of us around
the table. Carol supplied pulled pork sliders, crackers with cream cheese and cowboy candy, jalapeno sausage
bits on a toothpick, and celery with flavored cream cheese. Others brought craft beer, different wraps with
meat and cheeses, gourmet cup cakes,....ect....
We all sat around for a couple of hours and ate, drank beer, and laughed.

We usually all meet at a local bar and restaurant around a large round table in the back room, but our
favorite waitress was off this week so we invited them to our humble abode. I'd do it again.
Next week it will be beer and wings at the regular place again.
Always a fun time.

Of course later I had a couple of martinis and slept very well.

Thanks Tom, we had our annual Toy Run for the Shriner's, had a couple at the bar where we ended.
Then enjoyed a few more at home.
The revolver looks similar to one you posted, it's the Pistolero Cimarron/Pietta. ;)

Yesterday evening we went to a small towns Octoberfest. It was great. We had craft beer and soon
got a picnic table to ourselves. Another couple came over and asked if they could set there and I said
we'd be happy for the company. That turned out to be two hours of pleasant conversation over craft
beer and I think we have discovered some new friends.

They were serving Schnitzel and Smoked Pork Hocks that really smelled good, but we had just had a big
lunch and weren't hungry yet. It finally broke up at 5 and we came home and had grilled cheese and
tomato sandwiches with baked acorn squash. Then a martini and I slept very well.

Evening all my drinking buddies, got some new grips for the Vaquero today.
Bought 'em off of our friend Al,😎 he text me the other saying he had a couple sets.
I picked these.
