I picked up my second Henry today! It's the .44 mag BB color case hardened carbine H012GRCC.
I wanted the carbine and had seen the rifle in inventory a few times. But the carbine was scarce. I've left "notify me" everywhere I could, called Henry dealers and had the Henry inventories of 8 online Henry dealers on my Favorites Bar. I checked them constantly for three months. Finally on Friday Kittery Trading Post in Maine showed one in inventory.
Cleaned it up and headed out to shoot it Wednesday.

My son and I have two Henry's X. Mine is a 44mag and my son has a 45lc. That should bring the count up to 1663 but I don't know how to post that number in red. Would someone be so kind as to post the number in red for me please?

added a 30-30 sidegate in brass and a 45 colt sidegate in CCH.

ps. I did not like the 30-30 sidegate. In my opinion the gate is not long enough to open enough to accommodate the length of the 30-30 cartridge. The 30-30 cartridge has to make a very tight turn going in to align with the mag tube. Anyway my son has that rifle now.
