Got one of these gizmos yesterday and mounted it on my Glock 43, which I am a fair hand with, but I do drop shots occasionally. Mounting was simple; drift out the rear sight, install the Leupold, and head to the range. After getting the red dot to align with the front sight, time to make some noise. Wow! Instantly, my speed of acquiring the target and hitting where I was looking went up. It is sort of a ghost ring setup, which I like on rifles, and it works very well. This is my first time to use a red dot device, and it makes me understand what all the hubbub is about. And, no modification to the slide for a non MOS Glock.
