New Members need Administration Approval

Just in case you know anyone who wants to join the forum, let them know we switched to administration approval for new members. The few spammers we had were getting in. It made us switch. All "real" people will still get approved quickly.

If you spot a spammer, flag it and we'll take care of it. Hopefully, the new process will work fine.
