They came out great!
Used the 3-2-1 method.
3 hours on the rack @ 225.
2 hours wrapped in foil.
1 hour braising with BBQ sauce.
Came out really darn good…

Nice looking grill, Coach. I smoked a large pork loin this afternoon on my Camp Chef pellet grill with Pecan Pellets. Took about 5.5 hours to cook. Let the loin rest for almost an hour. I got Haangggery. First big cook since the Holidays. Just been grilling brats, homemade feral hog and venison German smoked sausage, and those ever loving yard bird breasts this winter.

I think I just drooled a little bit.
Last week I put a 12 lb turkey on the Trager and man did it come out good. Tender and moist and even had drippings for gravy.
Bet those pups were enjoying the aroma.

I'm pretty sure I can smell that here in NY Coach.
Boy those ribs look delicious. I also have to agree, that is one great looking smoker grill.

what pellets did you find work best for you ..

very nice looking equipment and well done rack of ribs .... I'm a long time proponent of the 3-
2-1 method @ 225 degrees .... I don't know why, but with our Traveler set at its lowest setting of 225, we've found that 3-
1-1 works better ..

I’m just getting started with my smoker, so I have only used about a half hopper of GMG mixed hardwood gold blend pellets so far.
This was only the second time I have used the smoker so I don’t have anything else to compare it with.
I have another bag of competition blend pellets I will use next.
So, I guess I don’t know yet what works best for me. I’m a rookie smoker at this point in time. By the end of the summer I will have a much larger sample size to answer your question…
It’s going to be fun and good times.

Nice looking ribs.

Can't beat a pellet smoker for ease and great results. I've had on for a little over a year and love it. Wait till you do a pork butt. I did two for our church and the folks cleaned it out.

over the years we've tried many brands and pellets made from several different woods .... for us, the one that consistently out performs all others is "Pit Boss 100% All-Natural Hardwood Competition Blend BBQ Grilling Pellets" ====>
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Pit-Boss-100 ... /971756015 .... they are reasonably priced and are formulated to use with a large variety of different foods .... literally the only thing I've found comes up a bit short is I really like the smell of full hickory .... that said, the taste of the food out weighs the smell of the pellets smoking

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQyHQRqQk3A Jim here is the video I watched. Its about 20 minutes long. I havent used the pellets that they said finished 1st and second place. But of the pellets I have used I like the traeger Apple and Cherry pellets the best. I have used other ones like Mesquite and Hickory but I like the cherry and the apple smoke better. Apple really goes good with pork. I may try some of the plum pellets when I get home. Our Traveler Grill malfunctioned to the point of no return and I replaced it with an ASmoke 350. Its a little more money but I like the features it has. I kept having auger fires with the Traveler and just did not trust it anymore. I called the company but didnt get too much help from them.

Interesting .... we haven't had any issues like that with ours .... we bought ours in mid-March of 2020 so its still under its 3 year factory warranty .... just curious, did you approach their customer service with the issue being a warranty claim
