BBS filler screw size

I have a big boy steel 357 and I need the 3 filler screws for the top of the receiver. Can anyone help me with the "correct size" and maybe a suggestion on where I can order them from without calling Henry? I'm currently running the Skinner peep sight on top of the receiver but I need the correct filler screws if I ever want to remove it and make it look factory again.

You could take one of the skinner screws out and go to home depot or your local hardware store. They should be able to tell you what thread they are. And Brownells will have some filler screws I am almost sure of. If not call Henry I bet they would send you some at no charge.

Once you find out the size if you do an online search and don’t have success with the term filler screw note they are also called plug screws. Good luck!

Thank you for the replies and I believe I found the correct size (6-48 with stops) doing a google search. I ordered a set and hopefully I ordered the right ones. Thank you, BigAl52 and Hatchdog much appreciated.

I just bought a screw for the one missing on a Williams peep sight that fits on the top of the receiver. It is an 8x40.
