Everyone kept telling us how great it is, so we ordered the first three seasons on Amazon. :D Order in the next three hours, and receive in two days. :P
We were all set to have a new series to watch.

Then we got the email, sorry, your order has been delayed. Then... The dreaded sorry your order may have been lost. You may cancel, or wait to see if it will be found. Three major orders have gone missing in the Oklahoma City Hub.

Went to walmart, they had season one, and three, not two.
Still waiting for them to get two before we buy. ;)

I hear it's a great series. :)
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

We were plugged in too, in fact since Paramount showed all of season three prior we watched the last episode from season three which lead right into the two hour special of season four. In the spirit of the series based on a cattle ranch this is what we enjoyed for dinner while watching. :D

My wife likes this series and said I should watch it that I would to. Maybe Im just to old west western. Theres something about cowboys with semi automatic handguns and AR-15's that just kind of makes me turn the other cheek. Just sayin

You have to look at it in the modern world, which is real!! It is a great series if you can realize it in the right context.
This isn't a John Wayne movie. The story and content are excellent. This aint about old flintlocks, but the MODERN world.
No doubt this sort of thing is going on right there on CO.

Al, I'm there with ya on the westerns thing, but this is just a modern day working ranch and things they are dealing with in present day time.
Not a bad series at all. Heck I never watched it til this past winter when I bought the CD's and watched when it was to bad outside.

Mostly the modern weapons are used by law enforcement types including the Tribal Police. Most of the cowboys use 94’s.

It’s a little bit soap opera-ish but not too bad. Lots of action both in battles and in cowboying and the scenery is wonderful.

I started watching it on the Roku box, I'm up to season 2. Not a bad show, the scenery is beautiful but it doesn't look much like Montana. It looks like parts of Utah, Wyoming and Idaho to me.
Which is fine. The character Rip seems like a good guy, except for that branding the cowboys stuff.

Amazon Prime has Paramount + Premium for $0.99 per month for two months, that should be long enough to watch all four seasons. Offer good only through November 29!

Well, I can’t get it to work, I still see only pay episodes. Maybe somebody can try?

The ranch is near Darby MT (SW corner, due south of Missoula), that is a stunning valley, well worth a visit. But that town is also the gateway to the wild and wonderful https://offroadingpro.com/magruder-corridor/ which does indeed look like Idaho. The ranch is a real operation, but it is booked solid so don’t plan on visiting any time soon. The rest is shot in Utah.
