Is the Long Ranger a myth?

Let me put it this way. I had to explain my Henry 45-70 as protection from any rampaging elephants in our front yard. Have to be prepared for the unexpected. Would have to be more creative than that to justify another new weapon

Exactly. There are no "wants", only "NEEDS". And the only "decision" is how can I pay for it and get it in the safe without getting caught!!ditto1958 wrote:What is this "decision" you speak of?imeccentric wrote:Saw my first Long Ranger at Cabelas today. Much more impressive than the pictures. Beautiful wood, fit and finish, and nice feel. I sure hate the decisions between want and need.

So far none of my 'in stock' notifications came back from the online retailers. That doesn't mean they aren't available just not yet where I typically shop. I'm very surprised there are no YouTube videos from guys that typically review Henrys like Sootch, Demo Ranch, etc.
