Thanks guys!
I can understand why some of you like to shoot in cooler weather.

I know those issues well! Looks good to me unless you were aiming for the target in the center of paper!! Could be the ammo too.

Any one of those shots would have taken out a 3 inch clay target on a bank where I shoot. Looks good to me.

These are what I was shooting. Not real fond of them, from past experience. I have some CCI Mini Mags that I'll try next.

That's very good offhand at 30 yards even under better conditions, Mark. Offhand is a whole different game than shooting from a rest and it takes regular practice to stay at your best.

I must say, I really took my time on each shot, despite the conditions.
I expected they would all look like that one flyer at the top. Must have been when a bee almost landed on my face!
Actually, I might have done better if I did NOT take as much time. Seems like the longer I hold on the target, the more I start shaking. Have to then lower the rifle, rest and then try again.

Those Remington Golden bullets arent so golden when it comes to consistency. I have a few more boxes of the 525 size and I get quite a few that jam the model 60 when shooting them. Not enough powder to run the action. Bought them a while back. Im not impressed with them at all.

They seem to leave my guns dirtier than others too.

Maybe same ammo as the Remington Thunderbolts but just another name. Some go bang and some a pop. I just shoot those in my 22 revolver.
