Had the triple B meal last night.

In fact, I just put two of the leftover biscuits split in half in the toaster and toasted them just on the open side. A little butter and honey and more yum.

We bought some really nice mulit-grain dinner rolls yesterday. Think I’ll put a left over patty on one and call it lunch.

My wife wanted steak for dinner, but we only had a London Broil in the freezer. Cooked the London Broil (rare) on the barbie and made some sautéed mushrooms, corn on the cob and fresh baked yeast rolls. Had a glass of red wine to finish it off.

Now that's a great combo especially on the pellet smoker. My wife and I are big asparagus fans.

Ive wrapped asparagus in prochetta before and its great that way. Never tried bacon but I will.

From our recent purchase of beef we had rib steaks on the grill with a baked potato and salad.
Rib steaks aren't know to be the best cut but these were very flavorful and tender.
Washed it down with a Miller High Life.
Life is good.

Made a Swiss steak in the crock pot with a can ot diced tomatoes, salt/pepper. Baked potato and steamed Asparagus[seems to be a favorite here!]
Dang good and now ready for some Zzzzz's......

Carnitas with gravy over rice. Refried beans and a salad on the side. Not bad.

You guys are making me hungry all over again, love Swiss steak and carnitas, my week to do supper, you gave me some good ideas. Maybe make some homemade tortillas with grandkids, yea good idea!

Carol's version of SOS. Chipped beef in a white sauce over toast.
Accompanied with a cold beer. Not exactly the Army version, but pretty good.
