Met with my Grandson yesterday for his birthday at Olive Garden and had their Chicken Parm. It
was really good but way more than I could eat, so I brought some home and enjoyed it last night
along with a Hohenstein. It was still good. :D

Oysters broiled on the half shell with garlic butter, cheese and a small bit of jalapeno. :D
Add that a nice garden salad and a baked potato. It was really good. Washed it down with Molson's Lager.

When I was kid my dad use to eat those right out of the jar. Mom would fry them every once in a while but I never did much care for them. Need alot of whiskey for me to consume many of those. Now Rocky Mountain Oysters thats a different story
