Looks and sounds good,...guess I just don't understand the whole vegan thing. I thought vegan was no meat. Maybe I'm wrong.

It is, but because of my lactose intolerance I have to do vegan options. There is fake meat made out of soy and wheat, and that's ok. I think it still needs more work.

Last night it was crawdads, shrimp, onions, potatoes and corn on the cob in a boil with Old Bay seasoning.
Add a little cocktail sauce and a nice cold beer and I was a very happy man.

We went to the seafood truck yesterday and scored some fresh Gulf shrimp, oysters, and carb.
Had Crab Norfolk last night along with some French bread and a cold beer.

Some of the kids and grandkids came over and grilled burgers with baked beans, cole slaw and potato salad. Wife and I didn’t have to do a thing. Of course I made a Bundt cake yesterday so we ate and laughed and played cards. They did the dishes so I was just a relaxing fun day for the wife!

cleaned out the frig so leftovers tonight .... the good news is, it was all good again .... the even better news is, we don't have to warm them up again
