Did a half a rack of baby backs on the grill tonight (plenty for my wife and I). Also had some yeast rolls and corn on the cob. We get the yeast rolls frozen in a bag from Kroger. They start out golf ball size. Put them is grease pan on the counter for 6 hours and they rise to baseball size. Then pop them in the oven for about 17 minutes and they are ready to serve. I can't stop eating those rolls.

The ribs I cooked with a method I've perfected over 30 years. I season with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, paprika and brown sugar. Wrap them in a foil package and pour in about 4-5 oz. of beer. Seal up the package and place them on a medium heat grill for 1hr 50 minutes. Remove from foil package, brush with your favorite BBQ and singe slightly over high heat. They come out fall off the bone tender.

Sounds good and relatively quick. Might have to try that method.

Ok, I like to eat and so I love cooking. Tonight I made sweet & sour chicken stir fry with Udon noodles. I thought it was a success and my wife loved it. I stitched together to different recipes and my own ideas to come up with this dish. Sometimes things work just right. :D

A big 'ol chimichunga[?] from the Mexican joint down the road. That and a few beers, I'll probably not finish the Dodgers game. That's fine.

Had pellet grill smoked pork chops and smoked asperagus spears for supper. They came out just perfect. The thick chops cooked in about a hour and a half. I put the asperagus on during the last 20 minutes of the cook. Came out with just right amount of crunch. I just love my Camp Chef pellet smoker. :D :D
