Well, she's got a couple of filets sitting on the country wrapped in vacuum seal. I suppose she's going to put them
in her fancy immersion cooker and then I'll caramelize them on the Blackstone. I know she has baking potatoes.

Gonna smoke 1/2 a turkey breast this evening. Gotta go knock the cob webs and bugs off the old grill. Have not used this one in a while. I usually do most of my grilling/smoking at the cabin. Up there, I can shoot off the deck while cooking. 😁

our camping club put on a pretty nice spread tonight .... choice of homemade chili (with beans) or homemade vegetable beef soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, various salads .... chocolate cake and other deserts .... nobody went hungry .. :D

Pork Chop sandwich with BBQ sauce and cheese. Pork was left over from the night before when my wife made pork loin roast in the crock pot with sauerkraut. That was really good.

Sounds familiar,

I had a left over pork country rib that I sliced up for a sandwich. On toasted cracked wheat sourdough bread. Mighty fine it was. :D
