When I grow up I want to be an expert just like RR. I sure don’t miss the days of going home with a sore shoulder but sure respect those of you that do.

The kick on it is surprisingly manageable. The double set triggers are awesome too. Hard not to be a bit surprised when it goes bang which keeps you from anticipating. Follow through is everything.

I’ve found some that you would think would be kickers and they aren’t. Then there are the ones that shouldn’t but do kick. I have a Walther PPKs in 380 and it bites hard because it hits back on your thumb. It’s getting sold next week.RanchRoper wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 1:01 pmThe kick on it is surprisingly manageable. All depends on powder charge with this one.

Only time a Black Powder rifle has a bite is off the bench and with a cresent butte plate. Other than that off hand those rifles are usually heavy enough to absorb most of the recoil. I have a 40 cal that is as soft as a 22LR
