Oven baked a couple of skinless chicken breasts with some Uncle Bens garlic and butter rice. Boring...... I gave the meal a C-.

Last night was baked pork chops that she grilled, then covered with cream of mushroom soup
and water and baked in the oven for a couple of hours. :D
Also broccoli with cheese sauce.
Had a nice dark beer with it. :D
