Put a roast in the crock pot this morn, with onions, taters, and carrots. Was good.

Small Prime Sirloin steak, zucchini and a salad and breadstick that came with last nights Olive Garden's seafood alfredo. Got to try my new Cutco table/steak knife, very sharp.

LOL, ok, it turned out good, had some for supper, more today at lunch.
Sorry for the late report. Been doing a documentary on chilli with or without beans. :lol:

My wife makes meatloaf with cheese in it and Jalapenos on the top. Im a meatloaf lover. But I usually gotta request it. Its great fried the next day on a samich

We always put red and green peppers as well as a Jalapeno in it. Then bathe it in catsup
and lay bacon strips on top. :D

Prime NY steak strips tonight smoked on the traveler with baked tater and homemade sourdough bread. Salad with bacon. Wife is roasting garlic also.
