Love clam chowder. Had some sort of dish tonight that the wife and our friend cooked up Chorizo Kale and red bell pepper was in it with some other spices. Was pretty darn good.

Carol has a strip steak marinating and we will braze it on the Blackstone. Then cut
it into strips and make Fajitas.

Thin cut beef, green and red peppers, Onions, Jalapenos,
in a wine sauce with tortillas and refried beans. :D

Hand breaded chicken at Burger King. Had to keep it light. Went dancing tonite, had a ball. Been about a month since I'd been.

My Wife decided that she's now too old to dance. I'm not and I'm a lot older that her.
I miss it.

I'm older than her too. Tell I said you don't get too old. You don't have to do cartwheels, do the slow stuff, enjoy the music. :D

for me, almost nothing can be better on a cold, rainy day than a big bowl (or two) of my wife's homemade chili .... its aroma while simmering on the stove is outstanding 8-)
