Split those length wise down the center Hatch. Lay flat and smoke them for about an hour. They will be juicy and great.

I mostly ignore the labels too. Never used to look at them at all but now I have to at least check the carbs so I can adjust my insulin shot. They can be kind of sneaky, ever notice that a package of Ramen noodles is 2 servings, who eats half a package of noodles, I know I never have.

I guess I have to start looking at the calories on the label if I'm going to get serious about losing some weight.

That is because if a serving has .49 grams of fat it can be listed as zero. So a two serving that says zero might actually have .98 grams.

Pork Chops on the traveler with baked taters and vegies last night. Our friend came to eat dinner with us.

I can smell it already. :D Left over pork roast with more taters, onions, carrots, and peppers. Had it a few nights
ago and it was really good. Had Mexican for lunch and I'm already hungry.
Got a gun club meeting tonight so supper is going to be early.

BTW, Where I grew up, (and when I grew up), there was no such thing as supper. It was breakfast , lunch, and dinner.
Change isn't always for the best.
