Do look into setting up an indoor range. Doesn't have to even be a full 10 meters. Being able to shoot indoors really give you the opportunity to greatly expand your shooting time. Up here in the north woods, indoor shooting is the only way I can scratch my shooting itch over our long winters, though we do try some outdoor shooting, too, in the winter. Not this coming week, though, not with temps staying below zero.

I’ve thought about shooting in the house but every time I hear mom saying “don’t shoot that thing in the house”. If I shoot from the living room down the hall and into the family room it’s 17 yards.

I think the garage might be a better option and it wouldn’t take much to set it up. Better yet shoot from inside the garage and out the back door.

The range in Ephrata had a building with a garage door where maybe four people could shoot at one time. They only used it if it got down into the teens.
